Who is Meditation for?
It’s for everyone. If you don’t believe that, you need to change your perception of meditation. There’s a billion different ways to do it.
For Bex it’s a way to connect with yourself and to check in. It’s to tell yourself “I see you. I see that you deserve to be listened to.”. That’s the essence of meditation.
